Why?

The Los Angeles City Council and LA river revitalization committee have buffed one of the best pieces of street art ever painted, this 900+ foot MTA tag was buffed as well as the infamous Saber piece and well every other tag along the river...a waste of paint and money, and i think i just looks worse now.
